Return policy

We have a 14 - day return policy, so you have 14 days to return your item after receiving it.Your items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free! Shoes must be packed in original shoebox and without signs of wear. Any damage to shoes/shoeboxes will make them ineligible for return. We have the right to refuse a return if conditions are not met. 

CUSTOM ORDERS are not able to be returned, so please shop responsibly! 

After return request has been approved, please deliver item back to Rowan + Bee. Returns after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted. Delivery date will be received from USPS tracking link. Once item is delivered please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

Any items purchased at discount of 40% or more is considered final sale!
